Where self-study stalls

The material is free.People still fail.

  • Knowing it isn’t answering it

Being able to build something and being able to pick the right option in a scenario question are different skills. Sixty questions in 120 minutes is a pace you have to rehearse.

  • The weighting is invisible

Agentic Architecture alone is 27% of the exam. Without knowing that, people spread their study evenly across everything and arrive underprepared where it counts.

  • Free material has no order

Anthropic Academy publishes the content but not a path through it. Fifteen to twenty hours of material, no sequence, no checkpoints, no way to tell whether you are ready.

  • You may not be eligible

Sitting the exam requires your organisation to be in the Claude Partner Network. Most people discover this at the point of registration.

Where you’ll be at the end

The full blueprint,in your own words.

Not memorised answers — the ability to read an unfamiliar scenario and judge it.

  • Every domain, weighted

Starting from the 27% domain and working down, with study time allocated to match.

  • Fluent in the question style

Familiar with the recurring phrasings and how distractor options are built, so the wording stops costing you marks.

  • Pace under time

A full-length mock exam turns 60 questions in 120 minutes into something your hands already know.

  • Ready to register

Eligibility, registration, and the exam-day environment all sorted out in advance.

Curriculum

Five domains,heaviest first.

Every session ends in exam-format practice, and every submission gets individual review.

  1. Session 1

    Agentic Architecture & Orchestration

27% of the exam — the heaviest domain, so it goes first. Lose this one and the pass mark is out of reach.

    • Where a single request ends and an agent begins
    • Splitting and rejoining work across multiple agents
    • Architectures that break, and the signs before they do
  2. Session 2

    Claude Code Configuration & Workflows

20%. Configuration, permissions, hooks. Daily use is not the same as how the exam frames it.

    • Project configuration and the permission model
    • When to reach for a hook and when for a subagent
    • Fitting it into CI/CD
  3. Session 3

    Prompt Engineering & Structured Output

20%. Not "good prompts" — reliably getting the output shape you specified.

    • Structured output and schema design
    • Separating out what actually drives behaviour
    • The conditions under which output degrades, and how to avoid them
  4. Session 4

    Tool Design & MCP Integration

18%. The granularity of tool definitions, and designing connections over MCP.

    • Tool definition design and its common failure modes
    • MCP structure and permission design
    • Safety when connecting to outside systems
  5. Session 5

    Context Management & Reliability

15%. How to handle long context, and where reliability starts to drop.

    • Structuring and compacting context
    • Judging where accuracy begins to slip
    • Designing for reproducibility
  6. Session 6

    Mock exam and gap-filling

A full 60 questions in 120 minutes under exam conditions, reviewed on the spot. Whatever is left gets covered individually.

    • Full-length mock exam (60 questions, 120 minutes)
    • Question-by-question review and how to eliminate options
    • Registration and exam-day preparation

FAQ

Before you enrol,things worth checking.

What language are the sessions in?

Sessions run in Japanese or Chinese — you choose a cohort when you enrol. They are not run in English. Technical terms are kept in English throughout, matching the wording used in the exam.

I’m not eligible to sit the exam. Can I still take this?

Sitting CCAR-F requires your organisation to be part of the Claude Partner Network. We are a Claude Partner Network partner and can discuss and support obtaining eligibility. What is possible depends on your situation, so please get in touch before enrolling.

Isn’t the Anthropic Academy material free?

It is, and it stays free. What this course adds is a path through it in the order the exam weights the domains, exam-format practice that builds decision speed, individual review of your work, and help with the registration process itself. It replaces study time, not the material.

Do you guarantee a pass?

No. The exam is administered and the certification awarded by Anthropic and Pearson VUE; we have no part in the result. This is preparation support, not a guaranteed outcome.

Is the exam fee included?

No. The $125 fee (as of August 2026) is paid directly to Pearson VUE. Fees change — check the official figure at the time you register.

Can the exam be taken in a language other than English?

As of August 2026, CCAR-F is available in English only.

Can I pay in instalments?

Credit card instalments are supported. Enter your card at checkout and the available terms are shown; the number of instalments and any fees are set by your card issuer. Konbini and bank transfer are also available.

Can I cancel?

Full refund if you tell us eight or more days before the first session. 50% from seven days before up to the day before. After the first session begins, we refund the portion corresponding to sessions not yet delivered. The basis is set out in our 特定商取引法 disclosure.

Six weeks from now, you’re ready to sit it.

The first cohort starts September 2026. 10 seats.
